At lunchtime from Monday to Friday at the Molí we offer a very special menu. Holidays excluded.

This menu wants to be the start of what will be the 30th anniversary of the Molí de l’Escala, they want to do a gastronomic introspective work, and recover culinary recipes that have been part of the Molí de l’Escala. Many classic dishes, made by many chefs and by many teams, that have been part of the project.

Recovering, reviving and enjoying is the goal of the 30 years of Molí de l’Escala
